This Architect role is for a Real Estate and Asset Management company at their Colchester branch. Due to the exciting growth of the company, they are looking to expand even more by adding to their Colchester team. The role is also offering regular office hours. The salary is up to £40,000 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be provided with the perfect opportunity to develop a variety of skills. They will be responsible creating designs as well as offering support to the other Architects and Contractors on daily tasks such as making amendments to drawing and plans, using software such as AutoCAD and Sketchup. They will also be required to liaise with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly to achieve the best possible results. This means helping to manage the process to bring concepts and ideas to life, ensuring time and budget restraints are adhered to. The successful candidate will also need to manage and liaise with clients to ensure needs and specifications are met.

You will need:

• A relevant degree (Architectural)

• At least 1 years experience within the architectural industry

• To be proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup

• Great Communication skills

• A keen eye to detail

• Good problem-solving skills

• To be a great team player
