Butler Rose is working with an exciting business based in the heart of Milton Keynes in the search for an Assistant Accountant to join their team as the company is rapidly expanding and growing!

Salary on offer is £30k - £35k for the right candidate!

Key duties:

• Assisting and supporting the purchase ledger staff
• Monthly reconciliations of major supplier statements
• Processing supplier statements for approval of the FD AND FC to authorise
• Producing bank reconciliations for Sterling and Euro accounts
• Assist and review weekly/monthly BACS payment runs
• Review and maintain invoice tracker
• Assist with budget requirements and year end audit

Ideal candidate will be:

• Undergoing AAT/CIMA/ACCA or qualified by experience
• Experience within a finance role
• Experience in supervising/assisting staff
• Advanced Excel
• Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
