As an Assistant Manager in our Premium & Urban pubs you'll be a huge part of the management, helping the General Manager to bring our brands to life by delivering amazing experiences and playing a key role in the development and leadership of an engaged and talented team.

About the role

We're hiring an Assistant Manager for the Bishops Mill in Salisbury! This Chameleon brand pub is a tourist hotspot with a big beer garden, sports focus, and even a DJ in the garden! Located in the city centre, we need someone outgoing and knowledgeable about the local scene to help us take our pub to the next level. If you're passionate about hospitality and love creating amazing experiences, we want you!

About You

You'll be passionate about delivering amazing experiences and be up to date with all things hospitality
You're great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills
You'll be able to help make great things happen by thinking differently and always doing the right thing
You'll embrace individuality and care for others, your pub and the environment
