We are looking to recruit a dynamic and innovative behaviour practitioner to our Learning Disability Service who is committed and passionate about providing person-centred support and involving service users, family members and carers in all aspects of service delivery.
We require a full-time behaviour practitioner who can work flexibly to meet service need and demonstrates TEWV trust values.
We are seeking applications from individuals who can demonstrate PBS practice leadership, who are motivated, flexible, reflective and able to communicate effectively to others. An ability to be creative with a clear grasp of contemporary issues associated with the support of individuals with learning disabilities is important for this role.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience using PBS and hold a PBS or behaviour analysis qualification at diploma of higher education level (level5) or above.
