Business Administrator
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

THE ROLE:
The role of the Business Administrator is to support the Sales Team in executing the sales process through the procurement and processing of various products, services, and solutions through the relevant systems.
They will need to work closely with other members of the Sales, Sales Administration and Finance Teams. It is essential that they are effective communicators and be confident liaising with external parties including Customers and Suppliers via telephone, email, 'Microsoft Teams and face to face where relevant.
Attention to detail, along with accuracy of data input into internal systems along with a polite and helpful attitude are also essential requirement for the role.
The responsibilities fall into the following areas:
Supporting the Sales Team - in producing quotes for customers as required and processing these quotes through to Sales Order on internal Company systems and raising on the renewals database. Raising Purchase Orders as required. Assisting Sales team with process procedure for relevant products, such as Autotext, VoIP, DNS, SSL, School Technician, AV, Inventory. As well as assisting the Sales team with allocations and serial numbers queries.
Customer Service - Procuring goods and services at the best possible price and ensuring these are delivered to Customers in an efficient and timely manner. Following up and resolving any problems with delivery that may arise including raising credit notes.
Processing Supplier invoices - for goods and services purchased through the Company systems and specifically for the Friday group sales meeting.
Assisting in raising Sales Invoices - both recurring and non-recurring.
General Administration - Inputting of data, supporting the Head of Client Services with reports when required and general administration activities including ordering couriers, taking in deliveries (checking deliveries and adding stock into Sage).

Essential & demonstrable Experience
Previous use of a CRM system would be an advantage.
Previous use of Accounting Software (SAGE) would be an advantage.
Previous sales support and/or service delivery experience is preferable.
Competent user of Microsoft Windows, Office and web use Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Enhanced DBS will need to be processed for the successful candidate
