The opportunity

As our Business Development Representative for EMEA, your responsibility will be to identify and proactively contact and prospect key functional roles within accounts and target organisations in an assigned territory for the purpose of presenting our value proposition, uncover business needs for our platform, and qualify them for a more in-depth discussion with your Account Executive partner. You will be the first point of contact to introduce UserTesting to potential customers, and engage with them to analyse their needs and become a trusted resource, as well as nurturing existing opportunities if the need arises. Your motivation and outgoing nature will strive to overcome prospect objections.


The team

Our Sales team is an integral part of our organisation, with team members spanning the global markets. Coming together weekly to share successes and challenges, the team works together to support each other and the business needs. Team members are rewarded and recognised often for their work.


Role Requirements

  • You'll have clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to influence and speak with C-Level and senior executives and ask thought-provoking questions
  • You'll be able to quickly understand and successfully promote UserTesting's technical offerings and solution sets
  • You'll be confident in meeting and maintaining weekly and monthly KPIs
  • You'll have passion and a commitment to success both individually and within a team setting
  • If you have any experience in a sales related role, it's a huge benefit
