We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef, our Chef de Partie will be enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about delicious fresh food and great service. Our kitchen is a fast paced environment, where our Chef de Partie will need to drive a high standard of execution and be committed to deliver consistent, beautiful dishes as part of London's most loved dining experience.

Inspired by the ‘low 'n slow’ cooking style of the deep south in America, we’re all about delivering the best barbecue meats, burgers and wings in London.
