Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Clinical Lead position in Belfast. This Nurse position is based in North Belfast for a reputable healthcare provider which is a purpose-built care home providing 24-hour professional, person-centered care for:

• Mental Health Condition
• Old Age/Elderly Care
• Physical Disability
• Substance Misuse
• Younger Adultss.

This facility has a maximum capacity of 60 service users which is divided into five different units.

The role:

• You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
• Ensure day-to-day patients take part in meaningful individualized activities and provide support for social inclusion.
• Carry out the administration of medicines according to policy and procedure.
• Keep clear and accurate records at all times.
• Provide Nursing care where this is required.
• Lead your team of Nurses effectively
• The opportunity to really get to know your residents and build positive relationships with residents and their families.

What we’re looking for:

• You must be a fully qualified General Nurse with Dementia Nursing experience
• 6+ months Sister/ Charge Nursing experience
• A Valid NMC Pin
