Bartender | Charlotte Street, Fitzrovia, W1T 1RR | £13.92 per hour inc. service charge | Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Cocktail Bartender to work within our Six By Nico Fitzrovia restaurant.

Six by Nico is a vibrant and unique restaurant group focusing around a themed six course tasting menu, currently thriving in Scotland, Northern Ireland & England. We always aim to deliver the highest standard of service across both front and back of house. We look at every day as a new opportunity to evolve and create unforgettable experiences for guests.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join us. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate Bartender, with sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits and Wines

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge,
• Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
• Service of all drink and food orders in the public bars according to the Cycle of Service standards and timings
• Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of all Beverage stocks for Bar and Restaurant.
• Administration of all stocks including, invoice collation, price checking and data entry of stock.

Preferred Requirements

• At least 6months -1 year previous experience in Bartending
• Enthusiasm for all things Bartending
• Be confident in a busy, high end environment.
