Profile of Role

We’re looking for a content marketer focused on copywriting, creating, and editing assets to produce compelling content in a variety of formats, including website content, blog posts, email copy, whitepapers, case studies, social media assets, display and video.

Ideally, you will have a creative writing background and analytical flair with exceptional attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be methodical in your research, well organised, passionate, enthusiastic, and confident. The ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads is also a must.


Key Responsibilities

  • Utilising audience and media insight platforms to create compelling SEO-optimised content pieces in a variety of formats, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, emails and landing pages, adverts, webinars, social media copy and multi-channel ad content.
  • Extracting audience insights from appropriate tools to create thought-leadership pieces.
  • Researching and developing idea topics and putting forward sector-based content proposals for audiences within Retail, Travel, Startups etc.
  • Defining and executing a clear content strategy for making outbound approaches, contributing to output using available tools and systems.
  • Create and maintain the content calendar.
  • Assisting in content for pitch development.
  • Regularly updating GTM editorial and decks.


Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • At least 2-years of prior experience in a similar content marketing role required.
  • A keen interest in Digital Marketing, B2B, Media & Tech.
  • Knowledge/experience of Salesforce, Adobe Suite, Canva, SimilarWeb, Nielsen, TGI, Google Analytics, WordPress advantageous
  • Excellent proof-reading and copywriting skills.
  • Video editing experience a nice to have.

You must show the ability to identify issues and required actions to rectify them. Demonstrate understanding of the cause of the problem and determine appropriate information. Show a clear and logical method to solving problems.

You are expected to demonstrate the ability to actively contribute to ideas and tasks in a proactive manor. Demonstrate cooperation, respect and appreciation for other members of the team’s ideas and input.

Technical

You must demonstrate an exceptionally high level of technical competence and have an excellent workable knowledge of MS Operating Systems. In particular you must show a good all-round knowledge and understanding of different analysis programmes, platforms and interfaces, as per the experience area in this document.
