The key duties for the Credit Control Manager are:

• To manage the credit control function and ensure the team are meeting KPI's
• Responsibility to ensure all customers pay within the credit terms offered
• Escalate late payers to debt collection
• Frequent chasing of all overdue accounts
• Document all telephone conversations with customers
• Adherence to call volume and credit control targets
• Ensure that any query notified is dealt with in a timely manner and any credit notes required are raised and issued
• To bring to the attention of the Head of Finance any account which refuses to pay or is in difficulty.
• Analysing and presenting monthly activity report to the Head of Finance
• Attending appropriate departmental meetings.
