Job Description

We are Currently Recruiting a Customer Service Associate for our well established client based in Lincoln Central,they are looking for Keen candidates to join there fast paced environment ,you will have training provided where you can build on your skills as well as learn new skills as well.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 17:00 to 23:00
  • Saturday 08:00 to 23:00
  • Sunday 08:00 to 23:00

The Ideal Candidate:

  • The client is looking for candidates that have experience in the Care industry as this role is predominantly taking calls from or about vulnerable Adults and Children as well as communicatiing with profession's such as the Police, NHS staff etc.

Duties:

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all customers that contact the Customer Service Centre, across voice & web chat contact channels, ensuring they are at the centre of your decision making
  • Achieve your individual and team objectives and KPI targets
  • Through effective call control, questioning and fact finding, correctly gather the required information showing empathy and understanding to the customers concerns, whilst recording accurately on the appropriate IT systems
  • Process contact enquiries and/or signpost customers; utilizing all available knowledge via service specific IT systems and service scripting as detailed on the CRM system
  • Liaise internally with other Customer Service Associates, Advisors and Specialists to identify the most appropriate next steps/services for the customer, where required
  • Identify and internally escalate urgent contacts without delay, ensuring all actions within the job role are fulfilled
