What will you be doing?

As Digital Analytics Manager you will run a team of enthusiastic digital analysts, enable them to deliver top insights, analysis, dashboards and CRO ideas. You will report to the Analytics & Insights Chapter Lead and collaborate with the Digital Manager, Implementation manager, Analytics Capabilities Lead. You will be responsible for working on the Adobe Analytics platform and enable your team to lead on projects across digital experience, trading, marketing, digital operations, data implementation. You will use data from multiple sources for use in reports, tactical packs and strategic insights.

• 
  Manage up to 6 analysts and drive them to be productive.
• Efficient running of the analysis backlog and prioritising requests.
• Initiate deep dive and analysis project for your team.
• Have a strong understanding of building, validating and managing analytical models to address business questions.
• Feed into the overall analytics & Optimisation strategy.
• Translate requirements from stakeholders to backlog tickets.
• Motivate and enable your team to lead on large projects.

Who are we looking for?

• 
  Experience managing a successful team.
• Strong communicator and collaborator.
• Experience using Adobe Analytics or equivalent to provide data insights.
• Proven experience in Digital / Web analytics.
• Experience in optimisation (CRO) and A / B Testing will be highly beneficial.
• High proficiency in data visualisation an excel.
• Knowledge of Decibel, Medallia, SQL.
