Are you an exceptional KS1 teacher ready to take on a rewarding challenge in a larger than average school in Stockport? Tradewind are shortlisting now for a fantastic opportunity!

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time KS1 Teacher to join a large, Stockport based school from September. The position is full-time and will be paid to scale. In addition, subject lead roles and other leadership opportunities are on offer providing an exciting position with career growth and rewards. Due to the nature of this role, unfortunately it is not suitable for ECTs but those with KS1 experience looking to excel in their career are warmly encouraged to apply.

The school is one of the largest in Stockport and offers a unique and enriching learning environment. The school follow White Rose Maths and other schemes but adapt the curriculum providing a bespoke approach to pupils needs. To be successful in this role, you should:

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Have experience teaching in KS1 and a thorough understanding of the national curriculum

Demonstrate a passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young learners

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide positive reinforcement and role modeling

Be creative, adaptable, and able to differentiate your teaching to meet the needs of all students

Have a growth mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and develop
