We have offices in Gatwick and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and Chicago, US. In line with the Company’s current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Crawley office and to work remotely for the rest of the week.



Position:

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week at our Crawley office)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events Administrator to join our Global Brands team. Reporting to the Head of Event operations, the Events Administrator will suppport the events team with administration for a series of international face to face events across the nutrition and food innovation sectors.


As our Events Administrator, you will:

  • Support delegates throughout the registration process and respond to enquiries.
  • Follow up on uncompleted delegate bookings to generate into a confirmed booking.
  • Update the delegate bookings database with new bookings, amendments, dietary and RSVP for networking elements.
  • Provide post-sales delegate support such as visa letters, attendance certificates, etc.
  • Set up promo codes and managing event discount codes database.
  • Print event badges and check back against the delegate list
  • Prepare participants list in accordance with GDPR.
  • Add quotes/invoices to the finance systems and assist finance with any queries
  • Develop market knowledge and support the events team with ad hoc duties & event related research


Requirements:

As our Events Administrator, you’ll have:



  • Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to calmly manage a variety of tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A pro-active, positive and ‘can do’ attitude
