Finance Manager
Salary: £55000 - £60000 excellent benefits package

Edwards & Pearce are delighted to be partnering with this Global Manufacturing Business in the recruitment of a Finance Manager to the team. The company are renowned for its research and development, innovation, product enhancement and service capabilities. Reporting to the FC this role forms part of the management team and will be responsible for all aspects of financial management including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as well as maintaining controls and procedures.
THE ROLE:
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial reports, including conducting Business Review Meeting.
Coordinate and direct preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variances
Manage and comply with all statutory reporting requirements and tax filings
Lead with the stakeholder of business for financial control (in areas of Order-to-Cash, Procurement-to-Pay, Inventory, Payroll) as well as for Cost & Capital improvements.
Coordinate with IT and SAP Support for effective and efficient working of ERP systems
Support year-end close process, including financial audits.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Additional duties as necessary
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a high level of commercial acumen with experience of working closely with non-finance colleagues. You will have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures and experience of SAP would be beneficial. This role would suit someone who is looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced environment.
