We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our dynamic finance team at our Worksop Head Office. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the company's financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes. This role requires a 5-day work week at our Worksop Head Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights for financial planning.
  • Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, business expansions, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as required.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in manufacturing and e-Commerce.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling techniques.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
