Dolphins Practice is situated in a purpose-built building, with ample parking, in Haywards Heath a town in West Sussex, and we have approximately 12,000 patients. There are excellent transport links for those travelling by train or bus. We work very closely with consultant colleagues in the local Princess Royal Hospital and Brighton Hospitals, to manage the more complex aspects of patients diseases, illnesses and disabilities. We have a large multi-disciplinary team including GPs, Paramedic Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, HCAs, Phlebotomist, and on-site midwives and health visitors. Our patient demographics include slightly higher numbers of people aged 65 and older compared to the national average. Deprivation amongst children and older people is very low when compared to the population nationally. The practice has more patients in nursing and residential homes compared to the national average which is a great opportunity if you are interested in frailty or elderly care.
