About you

You love to exceed expectations with your inspiring creative and refreshing ideas. You’ll have a positive and collaborative approach and be able to work well, both independently and as a key member of our team. You’ll be taking direction from the Creative Director and work closely with other designers, as well as our Digital and Account Management teams.

Your experience

You’ll need a minimum of four years’ experience mostly within an agency and be able to demonstrate strong creative skills in a portfolio of professional work. You must have experience working in both print and digital format, using all the usual Creative Suite software.

Day-to-day you’ll be coming up with concepts, campaigns, identities and working with websites, intranets, and lots of other marketing communications. You should be used to producing stand-out visuals, confidently articulating your ideas, and hitting the brief and deadline every time.

Skills required

  • Solid Mac skills with working knowledge of Creative Suite software including In-Design, Illustrator & Photoshop, plus general Mac maintenance.
  • Strong digital skills, including user interface design, with working knowledge of After Effects and XD (or similar), experience with animation would be a bonus.
  • Batchelors Degree/HND in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Strong typography and brilliant design skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Work well independently and as a key team member.

Salary

Dependent on skills and experience.

The role will be hybrid, mostly working from home and occasionally from our hub office.
