Head Chef Oakham Daytimes only (36K Package)

A trendy Café and Deli serving a range of modern breakfast, brunch and light lunch items opening hours will 8am – 3pm only no evenings

Head Chef required to run the kitchen on a daily basis, organising and training the team to ensure all daily food prep is completed ready for service

Working hours will be Tuesday – Saturday 7am – 4.30 / 5pm

This would ideally suit a Head Chef looking for a better work life balance as you get guaranteed days off. The food standards are high with attention paid to ‘the little things’ this has allowed this ‘concept’ to grow to 3 sites so far with more planned in the future.

Location

Applicants will ideally need to live in the Oakham, Uppingham, Stamford, Ketton, Peterborough, Bourne or Grantham area with their own transport

Benefits

Base Salary of upto £31,000

Generous Bonus Scheme Paid monthly for achieving maintain GP & Sales (normally a further £5000)
