Job Description

We’re investing significantly in our digital capability and part of that is our newly formed digital analytics team. The size of the prize is huge as you build our analytics capability, invest in best in class tools and lead our cross fascia team – ultimately focused on delivering insight that drive customer value and growth.

As the Head of Digital Analytics, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of analysts across Digital Marketing and CRM, Digital Trading & Optimisation and Product Management. You’ll engage with senior leadership to build analytics that drive business performance. You’ll build the roadmap to enhance reporting, data and analytics capability to make Frasers best in class.


Qualifications


You’ll have strong experience in delivering value across the digital funnel, in building new analytics capability, and engaging with business stakeholders to drive value. You’re an excellent communicator who can influence and shape strategy through insight. Your background will be in the digital space, and could be in either ecommerce, or agency side. You will have 3+ years’ experience at leadership level managing a team
