Quest Search & Selection is partnering with this fast-growing, B2C online Publication within the FMCG, Consumer, Tech & Retail publication.

The company is a leading digital publishing and events company that specializes in providing cutting-edge content to our readers and delivering industry-leading events that offer business solutions to our clients. They are now looking for a Delegate Acquisition Associate to join our team for a 12-month placement / internship starting from June 2023 onwards.

The Role

The Delegate Acquisition Associate will work closely with our events team to support delegate acquisition, collaborate with the sales team on business development initiatives, and execute digital marketing campaigns to engage with our audience.

The roles and responsibilities for this Delegate Acquisition Associate –

• Research potential delegates and build target lists
• Contact potential delegates to promote attendance at our events
• Use CRM systems to track delegate acquisition and maintain data quality
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase delegate acquisition
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and engage with potential clients
• Conduct market research to inform business development strategies
• Execute digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms
• Attend the events to make sure they run smoothly

To be successful in this Delegate Acquisition Associate –

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program and available to start between June – September 2023
• Excellent communication on e-mail and phone as you are talking with C-Suite clients
• Comfortable using CRM systems and data management tools
• persuasive in nature regarding getting delegates to events
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Passion for media, events and digital publishing
