FUPBURGER has an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business in the city, with an incredibly dedicated team. We sling out gourmet filth on a daily basis operating in Norwich. We are a nationally recognized brand that takes our practice seriously (with a lot of fun thrown in for good measure). Expect a good time whilst working with us and quite a few burgers. We are looking to hire several positions in our Norwich kitchen, flexible hours with full and part-time roles available. We are a living wage employer who look after our team.
Your duties will include;
- cooking to order following company guidelines
- food preparation following company guidelines
- cleaning on a daily basis
- preparing orders for takeaways and collections through our partners and our own app
- completion of daily paperwork
- upholding high standards
- quality control
- eating a lot of burgers
We're looking for someone who;
- is passionate about our brand
- has the ability to use initiative
- reliable & dependable
- flexible to work in more than one location
- is used to working independently and as part of a team
- can think on their feet to solve problems
- has a keen eye for detail
- has experience working with UBEReats, JustEat and Deliveroo and their practices
- is able to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
- has eaten a lot of burgers
Preferably you will have;
- worked in a similar role
- been familiar with a commercial kitchen and it's practices
- obtained HSE level 2 or higher
- consumed a lot of burgers
The boring stuff;
- we open 7 days a week, trading from 12pm-11pm
- all new starters are paid minimum wage (for age bracket), which increases upon successful completion of a 3 month probationary period
- shift patterns are 10am-6pm, 6pm-12am with adjustments added when neccessary
- full time 40hrs per week (approx)
- part time 25hrs per week (approx)
- monthly pay on the last day of the calender month
- free meal on shift
- 40% staff discount on food and drink
