Master Technician - Cambridge -
Basic Salary - £38,000 -
OTE - £ 42,000 (uncapped) -

Our client, a state of the art service centre, in Cambridge have the requirement for a Master Technician to join their workshop team.

Responsibilities:

As a Master Technician, you will:

    Be fully competent in the servicing and repairing of vehicles, to the highest manufacturer standards

    Have technical competence in the mechanics of a vehicle

    Have thorough knowledge of the electrical components and be comfortable using the latest diagnostic equipment to detect and diagnose faults and establish work required

    Provide technical support and guidance to the team of technician’s

    Support the Workshop Controller in the running of the service facility

    Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

    You must be currently qualified to Master Technician or equivalent with a franchised dealership

    Hold a Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

    Manufacturer Accredited

    EV/Hybrid Qualifications

Remuneration & Benefits:

    Basic Salary up to £38,000 per annum DOE

    On Target Earnings up to £42,000 (uncapped)

    Extensive manufacturer training programme

    Great Benefits Package

Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday 8am -5pm

    Saturdays (1 in 3) 8am - 12pm
