We are looking for a well-motivated, enthusiastic, experienced and appropriately qualified Biomedical Scientist with a Microbiology background to join our team working in the Microbiology Department within Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

As a Microbiology Team Manager you will be expected to supervise and manage sections of the laboratory working with an enthusiastic team where career development is encouraged and supported. You must be State Registered with the HCPC, hold an MSc or equivalent such as FIBMS in Microbiology, evidence of CPD and have extensive experience in diagnostic microbiology and serology within an NHS setting.
