Bishop Auckland College is seeking to recruit a PA to the Principal/Chief Executive who will be responsible for all aspects of administration in the Principal’s office as well as cross-college planning, the coordination of various projects and activities and liaison with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be required to hold a minimum of a level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline; safeguarding level 1 (or to be achieved within 6 weeks); and level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy. It is desirable that the candidate also holds a degree in a relevant discipline; A-level or equivalent in literacy; an IT qualification; and level 2 equality & diversity.
Applicants will also have experience of minute taking and have report writing skills, as well as experience of events planning/organising.
This role will include responsibilities within safeguarding and the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity.
