Role: Packer

Wage: £413 -£551 per week

Shift: 12hr Continental shift, consisting of day and night shift

Location: Hengoed

We are looking for Packers & General Assistants to join our client's packing team.

The post holders must be physically fit, possess good practical skills and be able to work within a fast paced factory environment whilst maintaining absolute diligence. In addition, the post holder’s ability to communicate and work well as part of a team is critical.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to);

· Primarily packing/labelling & manual handling of products

· Operating filling/batching equipment

· Applying product labels/batch numbers finished goods/ bags/cartons.

· The lifting/palletising of materials

· Ensuring that the production area you are working within is cleared and cleaned down as necessary daily & bins emptied

· Carryout in process Quality Checks

· Complete diligently any/all reporting documentation inclusive of checklists

· General Housekeeping

· Any other duties which may reasonably be required of you.

Person Specification;

The role will suit an individual that demonstrates good work ethic, self-motivation, adaptability, diligence, values working as part of a team, yet capable of taking responsibility and accountability. The individual must be physically fit as the role will involve lifting.
