About Our Client

My client is a professional services organisation in Lincoln, easily commutable from wider Lincolnshire. This post will be directly reporting to the Credit Control Manager and will be placed in a team of Credit Controllers.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the part time Credit Controller will include but are not limited to:

  • Chasing and monitoring outstanding debts via various communication methods
  • Ensuring that details of debts are correctly recorded
  • Escalating and reviewing debt in meetings with senior staff
  • Monitoring bank position to ensure robust cash flow & working to reduce aged debt
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Have demonstrated experience working in a Credit Control position
  • Have experience working to existing procedures to achieve targets for debtor days and cash collection
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Be a team player and committed to providing an excellent service
  • Have a keen attention to detail

The successful candidate can expect a FTE salary equivalent of £23-26,000 + a permanent opportunity + 23 days annual leave (FTE) + hybrid, flexible working + other voluntary benefits
