WHAT TO EXPECT


Deliver global brand partnership modern luxury strategy for each of the four brands, Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar, supporting global brand and partnerships senior manager. Project manage partnership activations that align to approved cultural affinity pillars, Brand Worlds and adhere to the modern luxury codes globally.


Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage a team to work with global markets to deliver a globally consistent partnership strategy, and project manage partnership activations for each brand.
  • Manage and work seamlessly with key stakeholders including agency partners and build strong relationships to help ensure quality service delivery.
  • Demonstrate budget management skills, project management skills and an understanding of co-marketing and complex cross-functional projects. (Inclusive of brand, digital, media, communications and product).
  • Lead on global PR strategy for global brand partnership activations and work seamlessly with product PR teams, social media teams to develop full OEP plan.
  • The brand partnership manager will be responsible for managing all partnership activations for all nameplate campaigns, working globally and locally.
  • Measurement, reporting, governance & compliance against all key projects
  • Lead on presentation creation and editing for internal and external reviews.
  • Lead on creating integrated market toolkits for specific projects and ensure opportunities are supported across all relevant touchpoints.
  • Lead on developing a network of strong brand connections for creative endeavours and collection development.
  • Be an active part of the Luxury brand world, seeking out opportunities through detailed trend and consumer behaviour analysis.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED


As the Global Brands Partnerships Manager, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Leadership skills, Stakeholder and Network Management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Campaign Planning & Project & production Management & activation
  • Commercial business acumen to include legal, purchasing, VAT, Insurance, rights.
  • Industry expert on culture, entertainment, talent, partnerships, film and TV
  • Strong background and experience in marketing and/or communications in large blue-chip companies
  • Experience of Digital, social media and analytics skills, data insights and ability to decipher trends
