Duties of the Physiotherapist

• This role is suitable for someone who has experience within the core rotations of physiotherapy at junior/senior level and be able to consolidate those skills together to provide acute assessment/ treatment planning such as chest physiotherapy, neuro rehabilitation and general acute rehabilitation of post-operative patients.
• The role will require the ability to work autonomously under pressure and be able to adapt to the needs of the ward. As stated this is based primarily within private wing of the hospital and you will come across a range of patient condition. There is also an expectation that there’s an enhanced service provided to the patients with mostly needing twice a day physiotherapy.

Requirements of the Physiotherapist

• Qualified physiotherapist i.e. Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
• Recent UK experience within rotation physiotherapy
• Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK
• NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
