Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm

What you will be doing…
- Working within a small Design Signalling team for rail, you will provide administrative support to the Project Manager.
- Responsible for entering new supplier forms.
- Creating monthly payment applications and entering the figures into billing and forecast trackers.
- Processing supplier and customer invoices.
- Creating credit notes.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Responsible for ordering and controlling office supplies.
- Arranging meetings and minute taking.
Are you an individual with the following?
- Ideally you have previous administration experience.
- Strong communication skills as you will be maintaining and developing good relationships with internal departments and with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Must be able to work on own initiative providing accuracy at all times.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines for the team.
- Competent MS applications (in particular Excel).
- Excellent planning & organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
