**New Interim Opportunity – Senior Quality Manager**

Venn Group have a new opportunity for an interim Senior Quality Manager to join a large NHS organisation in South West London, please see below;

Job: Senior Quality Manager

Location: South West London

Daily rate: £273.15 PAYE inc holiday pay or £306.01 umbrella

Hours: 37.5 hours

Duration: 3 months (potential to extend)

WFH: Hybrid, flexible

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Contribute to an effective clinical quality focus and involvement culture within commissioned services by leading on the development, and collaboration of effective patient safety through focused governance systems, supporting policy and strategy within the assurance framework of commissioned services
• Lead on the delivery of the new project central function in conjunction with commissioning leads, system partners, Primary Care Leads and NHSE as appropriate
• Lead on the ongoing development of the new project Quality Alert reporting system (Radar) attending project meetings to monitor and develop the triangulation of data across the system
• Work closely with the Patient Safety Lead in relation to the PSIRF and NRLS work programmes ensuring close alignment with the new project Quality alert system
• Determine the development of performance and governance strategies and the development and implementation of improvement programmes, in accordance with the system priorities
• Responsible for the line management of Quality Support officers, dealing with day to day range of staff management matters, including responsibility for supporting 1-1s, appraisals, development of staff, recruitment and where necessary processes such as grievance and disciplinary matters

It is essential that the successful candidate has:

• NHS clinical/quality background
• Preferably management experience
