Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Home Instead Wrexham and Flintshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and have proven record of onboarding and interviewing candidates. Due the nature of the role an understanding and appreciation of the care industry would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for Care Professional position
  • Conduct background checks and source references
  • Onboard new employees and provide training to a high level.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system
  • Track and report on hiring metrics
  • Network in the community to promote Home Instead as an employer of choice
  • Manage own work load and report to the Care Manager on progress weekly
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude with team player qualities
  • Be able to learn quickly in a changing environment.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications


Ideally have qualification of experience of home care industry
