The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients by providing effective recruitment solutions, assessing candidates for appropriate positions, and providing information about certain aspects of the hiring process. The Recruitment Consultant must have a firm understanding of the local market, as well as strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will also have a background in the field themselves, or at least the desire to learn more about it.
