Job Description

Our firm is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to help others select the proper candidates for their professional openings. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and work well individually or as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients by providing effective recruitment solutions, assessing candidates for appropriate positions, and providing information about certain aspects of the hiring process. The Recruitment Consultant must have a firm understanding of the local market, as well as strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will also have a background in the field themselves, or at least the desire to learn more about it.

Responsibilities:

• Know how to write a compelling job advertisement.
• Network with potential employers.
• Clearly communicate the employer's needs to potential candidates.
• Work well with employers to ensure that they have found the perfect candidates for the job.
• Establish rapport with both employers and candidates.
• Know what makes a candidate successful in an interview; know how to assess a candidate's answers in an interview.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £21,723.00-£25,701.00 per year
