Recruitment Resourcer

Position: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Home and office working, Olney
Salary: Circa £25 - £28k per annum, plus bonus
Hours: Full time 9 – 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with 2 days working from home (flexible working considered)

About the Role
As Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be joining us at an exciting time of growth. Supported by our agency team you will resource, screen, telephone interview and allocate candidates to appropriate roles. You will be supporting existing and new clients, continuing to build and develop established relationships to ensure the best service is provided and clients and candidates feel cared for.
You will support the team by finding great people for these great organisations.

About You
Ideally you will be from a recruitment background whether that is traditional agency, HR or internal recruitment with amazing customer service skills and a passion for helping charities find the right person for the job.
You may have gained experience in recruitment in another way, but overall your drive for excellence will be second to none and you will bring all of your key skills to ensure our clients and candidates get the best possible service. With experience of talent resourcing, you will be a great people person, able to engage with candidates and ensure you find the very best talent.
You will need to have core administration skills to support you in your role and will have great people skills, with the ability to work under pressure in this fast paced environment.

We will provide training in the services we offer and how to support clients in the Not for Profit sector.
Although not essential, knowledge of the Not-For-Profit/Charity sector would be an advantage… but if you have the skills and the drive, then we want to hear from you!
