We have an opportunity for a Resourcing Officer to join their team of staff in the Resourcing department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. This role is fully remote, however will have some travel involved around the UK.

  • Previous administration experience within a busy administrative/office environment
  • Experience of using bespoke database systems
  • Previous administration experience within a resourcing/TA and/or HR Admin environment
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems

Duties of this role include:

  • Working as an integral part of the Resourcing and Talent Acquisition Team, providing efficient high-quality recruitment coordination/administration services to a number of business functions across BMI & Circle sites. This role will be responsible for delivering an excellent resourcing administration and coordination service to our key business stakeholders, across multiple sites within the business.
  • To carry out recruitment administration activities such as:
  • Advertising new roles on careers website, social media and other external providers
  • Use of our ATS to update candidate statuses through the recruitment process
  • Supporting in releasing interviews, digitally through the ATS to candidates
  • Supporting the Resourcing and TA Team Leader in the delivery of recruitment administration objectives
  • Updating resourcing and administration trackers
  • Amending closing dates on current online adverts
  • Liaising with hiring managers to assist with swift responses to candidates
  • General support to the talent acquisition team
  • Data gathering for monthly / weekly reports
  • Data entry for vacancy spreadsheets
  • Directing telephone enquiries to relevant TA officer
  • Additional reasonable duties which fall within the remit of this role
