My client, a top-tier international law firm with a growing presence in Birmingham, is looking to recruit a Senior Litigation Executive to join their Motor Claims team in Birmingham.

In this role, you'll manage a caseload of litigated Fast Track and Multi-Track RTA files from start to finish, from assessing liability and quantum to obtaining witness statements. Experienced litigation executives to insurer claims handlers with the right experience will be considered. Ideally, you’ll be from a defendant background but those from a claimant background looking to get into defendant work are encouraged to apply.
