About the role

As our Sector Marketing Manager, you will drive the development and delivery of Arco’s sector specific strategies and customer value propositions. You will be responsible for the production and management of on and offline end to end marketing initiatives aligned with both our individual sector strategy goals and key customer support growth and retention plans. Your role will also require you to identify and develop new successful commercial opportunities in collaboration with your sector specific sales colleagues.

This is a great new opportunity for someone with previous B2B marketing experience, to join this important support function within our business.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Being a leading contributor to the identification and establishment of our sector specific:

    • Commercial strategies

    • Customer support, service, and product offer propositions

  • Building and maintaining a strong on and offline presence across our target sector markets’

  • Demonstrating Arco’s expertise in the customers’ unique workplace health, safety and wellbeing challenges and solutions particularly

  • Delivery of targeted sector and key customer marketing activity plans and identification, development of insight into sector specific commercial opportunities

  • Supporting sector specific customer acquisition and retention activities

  • Undertaking customer sector and competitor research and sharing with relevant colleague stakeholders

  • Providing sales colleagues with sector specific resources and tools


About you

The ideal Sector Marketing Manager will be/have:


  • Graduate calibre with a marketing or business qualification – ideally from the Professional Chartered Institute of Marketing

  • Experience in a business-to-business marketing role, including direct experience in strategy and customer proposition development

  • A proven history of identifying, developing, and delivering successful commercial and marketing initiatives

  • A confident communicator and able to work well across all levels of colleague and customer

  • Excellent copy writing capability
