My client are a top tier international law firm with offices in the Middle East, Asia and Europe. They are looking to add a senior associate level lawyer to their busy corporate practice in London.
They act for a range from multinational corporates, private equity/venture capital funds, PE/VC backed companies and their portfolio companies on M&A (public & Private M&A), ECM, general corporate advisory/governance matters.
Given the firm’s international footprint, you will have the opportunity to work on cross-border transactions.The team is sector agnostic but they have been increasingly instructed by clients in the technology, financial service, life sciences an natural resources sectors.
They are looking for someone who has sufficient experience to play the lead road on transactions and interested in further growing the practice through business development.
