Overview of the job:

  • Lead engineering of software solutions using: JavaScript, React.js (Redux, Saga, React-Router);
  • Integrate front-end UX with back-end data and logic;
  • Build RESTful web services and integrations;
  • Write and perform unit and automated tests;
  • Lead role in Agile Scrum planning, sprints and retrospectives;
  • Take ownership in designing technical solutions and architecture;
  • Lead the company’s technical product roadmap;
  • Help to maintain a culture of consistent standards and quality.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Commercial experience as a team leader or senior software engineer
  • Excellent commercial React.js experience including Redux Saga;
  • Excellent backend data experience (ideally including NoSQL);
  • Experience leading test driven development;
  • Minimum 8 years software engineering experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
