My client, an award winning independent IT and broadband provider in Cornwall are seeking to appoint a Service delivery assistant to join the team.

This position is an immediate start for the right candidate and you will be based in Liskeard.

The role is initially a 4 month contract, but there is a possibility after this period of becoming a full time perm role.

The Service Delivery representative will be responsible for answering calls from engineers, providing support and calling customers with updates on their installations or repairs, being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. The role will also involve data input and reporting duties.

We are looking for candidates who have strong proven track records in a sales environment, with an ability to be outgoing, confident & bubbly.

• The rate of pay is £12.10 per hour

• Monday to Friday, either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

• the pay is weekly and you accrue holiday pay.

Other duties will include:

• Assess, process and schedule incoming work for Field based engineer’s (installations and Service faults). Dealing with engineers and internal teams and customers.
• Handle general queries from the installation engineers and resolve problems which arise with supplies or customer instals.
• Maintain and develop relationships with the installation team and wider engineering network.
• Telephoning customers to provide information on installation schedules, and respond to customer queries on the installation process.
• Ensure the CRM and workflow processes are adhered to and recording is done correctly.
• Ensure the work is written-off correctly within specified control processes.
• Ensure that all preparation for upcoming work is completed.
• Assist with inventory management/stock control and ordering as directed and logistics.
• Maintain and develop reports and analytics as required.
