- Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for luxury residential projects and heritage buildings? If so, we have a unique opportunity that you won't want to miss.
- We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team and work on an exciting NDA private luxury residential project. The project will feature 500 sq m of stunning Portland stone on the external façade and have a 50-week programme. This will involve using heavy lifting machinery, railing systems and complex scaffolding, making it an exciting and challenging project to be a part of.
- You will be working for a specialist stone contractor who has their own quarry and factory, ensuring that there are no delays in the supply chain. All of our stonework is hand-finished by experienced stone masons, guaranteeing that the end result will be of the highest quality.
- As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include liaising with the main contractor, driving the project forward, checking drawings and installations, ordering materials, and ensuring that all work is carried out in line with method statements and H&S guidelines. You will also be responsible for overseeing the work of a fixing supervisor and a team of 20 fixers on site.
