Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this British contemporary premium brand who is looking for Stylists for their concession & boutique in central London.

This business has been going for over 12 years and find flattering, on-trend and beautifully-made, designer quality clothes at prices that sit within the upper premium market for women clients in the mid 30’s +.

The overall accountability of this role here is to deliver sales whilst also looking after the stockroom and back-of-house areas.

The brand provides a real emphasis on clienteling & styling and requires the individual to take a creative approach building relationships with clients & customers in the local area.

As a Stylist your key responsibilities will be:

• Providing an exceptional customer service experience to all customers and be their first point of contact.
• Acting as a brand ambassador
• genuine interest in designer womenswear, and a passion for the retail industry
• Dealing with styling and clienteling and looking for repeat business
• Updating CRM database
• Checking of stock and deliveries
• Confident with styling and outfit building from head to toe styling.
• CRM and Connecting with Customers
• Dealing with inter-store deliveries
• Replenishing Stock & maintaining stockroom
• Involved in product training sessions
• Ensuring that the visual merchandising is in line with brand guidelines
• Maintained to a high & luxury store environment.

To be successful in this Stylist position:

• Styling,Sales or Stockroom/Brand experience within a luxury or premium consumer womenswear fashion market.
• A genuine passion for Womenswear, especially the premium/luxury market.
• Confident with outfit building
• London experience within a boutique or department store environment
• Excellent communicational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Confident in cashier duties
• involved in visual merchandising
• Confident with CRM systems
