A fantastic opportunity for a hybrid Telesales Advisor in a modern office in Belfast's city centre.

When in our modern Belfast office (currently 2 days a week), you'll be in a vibrant working atmosphere in a city centre location close to shops, restaurants, and a public transport hub.

Job Title: Telesales Advisor
Length of contract: 22/5/23 - 30/9/23
Pay: £11.30 p/h (PAYE)
Base Location: Hybrid - Belfast
Working Pattern: Full Time 37 hours per week.

The SME Direct Telesales Team handles all inbound sales & renewals calls from SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) customers in both NI & ROI. They also make outbound calls to existing customers. It's a well-established successful team working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our commercial customers, capable of handling negotiations in a professional and compliant manner.

Duties include:

• Handling inbound and making outbound calls to existing commercial customers
• Closing sales and retaining existing business customers
• Creating proposals for NI / ROI customers
• Negotiating commercial terms and agreeing contracts
• Completion of all back-office procedures to ensure sales/retentions are correctly processed
• To meet the required KPI targets including sales, retentions and compliance

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

• Experience in inbound and outbound calling in a sales team environment
• A background in sales / renewals in NI and ROI by phone and email
• Experience in pricing proposal completion, in line with customer requirements and corporate policies
• The ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment
• A working knowledge of compliance in a call centre environment is desirable but not essential
