We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a graphic designer to join our Creative team as a Junior Creative to support us with the design of our investment scheme engagement work. This could be anything from large format signage, digital media through to leaflets.
Working closely with our Corporate Affairs and Asset directorates, this role will help us explain to our customers what we are doing, and why. You’ll need to use creative flare to bring the campaigns to life in a unique way whilst ensuring the familiarity of the NWG brand.
With large investment scheme projects starting this year, this is a chance to really make a difference to our customer engagement and to support NWG in achieving its ambitious goal to deliver a world-class customer experience.
About you
You’ll be a passionate creative who is studying for, or has recently graduated from, a graphic design related degree. You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to develop and share your creative ideas with colleagues across the business.
You must be good at organising yourself, and managing your time whilst paying attention to detail, even under pressure. You’ll also be able to work independently and as well as part of a team, supporting one another to achieve great results. You will need to work in an agile manner being able to flex from project to project whilst taking inspiration from the creative world to use in your work.
We’re looking for a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with skills in the fields of print and digital design. Skills in other creative areas including animation, videography, photography and illustration would be an added bonus! A knowledge of setup for print, print management, Microsoft Office and Apple OS would also be beneficial.
Due to the need for travel to meet colleagues on site, a driving license is essential for this role.
