We currently have the following vacancy at King’s Park Academy, Ashley Road, Boscombe BH1 4NB – Admissions Administrator

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and organised person to provide administrative support to all staff. The post holder for this role will work closely with all admin team members and offer support where necessary. Excellent administration and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to be flexible if required.

The post involves the use of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Integris database, as well as regular contact with pupils, parents/carers, professionals and outside agencies. Administration of school admissions, including reception intake, in-year and year 6 transfers. Completion of the statutory school census and process of end of year using the school pupil information system. Candidates need to possess a calm and polite telephone manner and be able to work well under pressure.
