Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Home, Outdoor & Fashion brands.

They are looking for a Talent Administrator to support the administrative side of recruitment for their retail side of the business. . This role will involve communicating with various stakeholders, including Store Management and their Shared Services HR team.

Your responsibilities as a Talent Administrator role –

  • Support stores with recruitment within retail for Sales Assistants
  • Handle back end processing of new hires
  • Communicate with Store Management and Shared Services HR team
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks to support the wider Talent Acquisition team
  • Handle queries via phone and email from colleagues and candidates

To be successful in this Talent Administrator role you will need –

  • Ideally 6months + experience in a talent, recruitment, resourcing or administrator role in a head office
  • Proficient excel skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced commercial business and prioritise a busy workload
