Associate HR Business Partner:
The Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work as part of a small workforce team providing strategic workforce support to a Clinical Group as well as providing support to Trustwide corporate workforce projects.
The purpose of this post is to work closely with the designated HRBP to strengthen the capacity and capability of the Clinical Group, particularly in relation to workforce expansion and development and diversification through leading and influencing both internally and externally.
The Associate Human Resources Business Partner will provide a comprehensive, objective, high quality service to managers, enabling them to successfully achieve their objectives and deliver on their business plans.
This role supports the HR Business Partner and People Director by contributing to the workforce strategy for Cancer and Surgery and ensuring compatibility with the Trust wide workforce plan. The post holder will deputise in the absence of the HR Business Partner, providing higher level advice as necessary.
Analysing workforce information, the Associate HRBP will support the HR Business Partner to deliver projects and support the workforce strategy for Cancer and Surgery. Key to the role is forming effective relationships and working closely with the Trusts' central HR team ensuring that Cancer and Surgery managers receive support to achieve their workforce objectives.
