As our Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Spearhead strategic SmartDelay business opportunities in the UK and continental Europe.
  • Identify, develop, and secure profitable business from new prospects and existing clients.
  • Focus on sectors such as European Airlines, OTA, general insurance, and more.
  • Drive awareness of our capabilities and create demand for SmartDelay and our products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and represent Collinson at industry events.
  • Facilitate collaboration and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize your fluency in Italian, Spanish, French, or German to our advantage.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Solid experience in developing and securing programmes within the European consumer Financial Services, OTA, Airline, and Insurance sectors.
  • Strong consultative influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the European travel market and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to lead by example, think creatively, and exceed sales targets.

As a self-motivated and commercially astute professional, you'll bring solid experience in developing and securing programmes within the European consumer Financial Services, OTA, Airline, and Insurance sectors. Your consultative influencing and negotiation skills, combined with a strong network of contacts, will be key to your success. Additionally, your ability to lead by example, think creatively, and exceed sales targets will set you apart.
