The Role:
You’ll work alongside our Centre Lead, taking joint responsibility for the operation of one of our vibrant learning centres. Each day, you’ll lead and develop a team of inspiring tutors, nurture lots of budding fearless learners, and welcome new families into your centre. Your key objectives will be:
- Education Delivery – bring our mission to life by delivering an exceptional education service to members. You’ll be an outstanding tutor, role modelling skills to your team
- Customer Experience – provide an outstanding customer experience to both prospective and current families. You’ll build authentic and meaningful relationships with all of your members
- Business Growth – contribute towards centre reputation and profitability. You’ll create a foundation for sustainable growth through the delivery of outstanding education and customer experience
- Lead and Develop – inspire others to collectively drive your collective centre goals. You’ll create a welcoming environment where every team member is valued, engaged and supported

Logistics:
Starting salary: £24,000 - £27,500 + a pay progression of up to £5000 in your first year if you progress to our Centre Lead role.
Contract: Full-time, permanent contract
Working Hours (typical week):
Holidays: 28 annual days + 2 well-being and volunteer days. You'll also receive additional holiday based on length of service
